A really great piece of software. I hope to go to the pro once I'm comfortable with it.
I have the contact lite up and running. My client pointed out to me that not all emails were getting through. I checked and sure enough a message posted with my @att.net works fine and another with @frontier.com works but an email with @yahoo.com and one with @msn.com don't come through.
I've looked through the various forums here and don't see anything like that. Any ideas?

What host are you with? simpleContact Lite sends you emails from form submissions with the email address the user entered as the 'from' address. Usually this is fine, but sometimes a host might not successfully send an email where the supposed 'from' address doesn't match the sending domain. For example, an email sent your domain that says it's from 'x@yahoo.com'.
If you contact me privately and tell me who your host is, I can look into whether they have any SPF settings that you can adjust. If not, I can recommend a code tweak that should work around it.
I think I have resolved the problem. It involved changing the SMTP server name to "relay-hosting.secureserver.net".
Not sure that I understand why localhost worked for some addresses and not others and I am more secure knowing the why of it, I'll accept it and remember next time.
Wdith the lite version is it possible to have more than one log in to the sc_admin?
Is that available with the pro?

Apologies for the delayed reply, strangely the RSS-to-email service I use for this forum sent me this update a bit late. With all the internet services that have been down this last week I guess it's not so surprising...
There isn't multi-user support in simpleContact Lite or Pro. To be honest, it didn't seem important when I was originally developing it and I've not seen much demand for it. I'll monitor the situation and consider adding it in future.
