   The 'First/Last Name' + 'Email Address' fields present in my first installation of SC Pro seem to be missing from a new test installation. As these items aren't present in the 'Add an object to your form' dropdown, I'm left wondering how to reinsert these critical fields.

   Thoughts? Thanks.

   Hi Eric,

   Have you perhaps copied any of the database tables from your first installation to make your second? I have seen this situation when that has been the case. Try deleting the tables for your new installation, and allowing the application to reinstall itself.

   If that doesn't solve the issue, please contact me and I will look into it with you.

   Thanks for getting back to me, Alex.

   In short, I attempted to point the installation at an old database + a new database, and both generated the same problem.

   The issue was resolved upon ordering + installing a Developers copy of SC Pro.

   Glad to hear the problem was resolved, although I'm sure it must have been the result of something you did differently?

   The developer option doesn't come with a different version of simpleContact Pro, it is just a different license that entitles you to use it on as many of your websites as you wish, with free updates.

   Interesting. For the sake of debugging, I don't think anything was changed outside of the following:
   Upon buying the dev license, I swapped the sc_admin files (after modifying the config.php to match the same settings of the original/non-functional config.php) and viola...all was well. Same database settings, etc.

   Hmm...new problems with these fields this morning. The 'First Name' field is taking on the label of the Last Name field. So I've got 2 'Last Name' fields in my form.

   The label for 'First Name' is obviously uneditable. Thoughts? Thanks.

   I think I'm going to need to take a look at it. Please contact me privately with the following:

   * The name and URL of your web host
   * The URL and login details for your host's control panel
   * Your FTP login details
   * Your sc_admin URL and login details

   I'll see if I can figure out what's not right.
