I'm receiving 2-3 emails for every time there is a form submission. Is there a specific reason for this? Or any way of preventing duplicates?

The first thing I would do is try making a submission yourself. This will indicate whether what you are experiencing is a problem in the application. It may be that your server is responding slowly and users are resubmitting the form.
Please let me know what you find...

This issue was investigated, performing a test submission of the form. Duplicate messages were not received, but a 404 ("page not found") error occurred when the form attempted to redirect to the "thank you" page.
At the time of writing, it is thought to be the cause of duplicate submissions as people may have attempted to submit the form more than once in response to the error. The solution was to ensure that a page is in place at the URL specified in sc_admin.
