Can't create admin account...

Hello, I'm trying to install simpleContact Pro on my HostGator account, but I can't get past the admin creation screen. No entry is created in the database when I submit the admin details, and I'm redirected back to the page with the "Let's get started! You just need to create an admin account by entering your email address and a password..." message.

What are your thoughts?
